Common Questions

Everything you need to know to prepare for your authentic Moroccan adventure and travel with total peace of mind.

The cost of the tour varies depending on several factors: the type of transport selected, the duration of the trip, the category of accommodation, the number of people, and the starting point of the route. We will give you a personalized quote based on your preferences.

We organise both private and shared tours. Private tours are designed for individuals, families, or groups who want a personalised experience. They include activities such as hikes, cycling routes, cultural visits, and outdoor adventures adapted to your pace.

Yes, it is important to let us know (confidentially if you prefer) about any medical condition or treatment you are taking that may affect your trip. We want to ensure that you enjoy the journey safely and with complete peace of mind.

Our prices are generally expressed in euros, but we accept payments in euros, Moroccan dirhams, British pounds, or US dollars. We strive to offer competitive rates with excellent value for money.

Our camps are located in the heart of the desert, among golden dunes, and we offer several comfort levels: basic, standard, or luxury. The tents are private and include beds and blankets. Bathrooms and showers are in shared facilities, simple but clean. At night, we enjoy unforgettable moments around a campfire with music and a traditional atmosphere.

Of course. All our tours are flexible. We can adjust the itinerary to your interests and needs, or even create a completely personalised one if you have a different travel idea. Just let us know.

Yes, you must have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, or trip interruptions. We recommend bringing a printed copy of your insurance policy.

To confirm your reservation, we request a 15% deposit, paid via PayPal. The remaining amount can be paid in cash during the trip, or via PayPal or bank card (with a 7% processing fee). We accept payments in euros, dollars, or dirhams. Families are welcome, and we offer a 20% discount for children under 12.

Yes. If you prefer luxury accommodation or want to add additional services, we adjust the price according to the agreed modifications.

If you need to cancel the tour, you can do so without losing your deposit as long as you notify us at least 20 days before departure. If you cancel after this period, we cannot refund the deposit. The cancellation date will be the day following the receipt of your email notification.

No, flights to and from Morocco are not included. This gives you the freedom to organise your trip as you prefer: choose your airline, your preferred airport, and any stopovers. Managing your own flights also allows you to arrive earlier or stay longer if you wish, making your experience even more personalised.

Although we do not purchase tickets for you, we will gladly help you search for the best options using tools like Skyscanner or Kayak. We can guide you so you find the flight that best fits your itinerary.

If you have any flight issues, the most important thing is to notify us as soon as possible so we can reorganise your arrival. We will always do our best to find a solution.

In case of cancellation or boarding problems, contact your airline to learn about your options: rebooking or refund. If you choose to buy a new ticket, you can still continue your trip with no issues.

If you decide to cancel your participation because of these issues, the cancellation conditions in your booking will apply.

You can choose your departure point and schedule. Just keep in mind you must arrive at your destination on the first day of the trip, preferably within the recommended time. For your return, make sure your flight departs after the end of the tour. We adapt to your schedule, but arriving on time helps everything run smoothly.

Each trip is designed with precise detail, and the daily programme can be found in the “Itinerary” section of each proposal.

For touring trips, the schedule is usually structured, which makes it difficult to include extra stops, especially if they require detours.

However, for trips with fixed accommodation or with some flexibility, you may suggest complementary activities, such as cultural visits, shows, or group activities, provided they fit within the day’s schedule and the group and team approve.

Please inform us in advance about dietary restrictions. We will work closely with your driver or guide to ensure your diet is respected.

Morocco has vegetarian options: salads, vegetarian tagines or couscous, some vegetarian soups, and local favourites like avocado smoothies, mssemen, and berber pizza (medfouna). In the south, many dishes include onions and almonds.

Our private trips include Morocco’s key highlights: a Sahara desert overnight adventure, the grand Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, the medinas of Fes and Marrakech, Essaouira’s calm charm, and the blue town of Chefchaouen.

Consider joining a cooking class, many include a market visit to buy ingredients.

Morocco is largely a cash-based society, and traveller’s cheques are not widely accepted except in major banks. ATMs are available across the country and usually do not charge fees (your bank may, so check beforehand).

It’s a good idea to notify your bank of your travel plans to avoid fraud alerts.

Exchange offices often charge high commissions and offer less favourable rates. Carry at least some cash upon arrival.

Morocco offers something for every taste and budget. Popular purchases include spices, tea sets, ceramics, leather goods (bags, slippers, jackets), argan oil, metal lanterns from Marrakech, thuya wood products from Essaouira, fossil stone items, and carpets of all styles.

Berber pharmacies, argan cooperatives, and artisan workshops are worth visiting. You may not find a flying carpet, but you’ll find beautiful handcrafted options!

Yes, tipping is common. Morocco is service-oriented and many salaries depend on tips. A few dirhams for small services, 10% in restaurants, and from $10 per person per day for private drivers and guides is standard. You may tip more for exceptional service.

We offer a wide range of private travel experiences, from one-day excursions to multi-week trips. Our itineraries cover various regions of Morocco, including historic cities, mountains, coastal areas, and desert regions. We also offer activities such as hiking, cycling, cultural visits, and culinary experiences.

In most programmes, transfers to and from the airport are included.

In some specific itineraries, we also provide transport from the airport to the accommodation. All participants will be asked for their arrival times to coordinate transfers, especially when flights coincide.

Return transfers on the last day will be organised based on your flight schedule and hotel location, ensuring a smooth departure.

Absolutely. This is one of our main strengths. If you have specific needs or interests, we would be delighted to design a personalised itinerary for you. Whether you are interested in history, culture, nature, cuisine, or another side of Morocco, we will create a proposal that fits what you are looking for.

Our packages do not include travel insurance by default, but we always offer the possibility to add it as an additional service. You may also arrange it independently. We provide several coverage options, including medical insurance and cancellation insurance, offering flexibility and peace of mind.

While we cannot apply for the visa on your behalf, our team can guide you through the process. We will provide you with your booking confirmation and any documents needed for your visa application.

We offer a wide selection of accommodation for different preferences and budgets. We work with luxury hotels, resorts, boutique hotels, and charming riads. We offer two main categories:

Luxury: high-end accommodation (superior 5 stars) with exceptional services.

Charming Riad: traditional restored houses, many without official classification due to their unique style, but equivalent to around 4 stars. These riads, located in medinas or historic centres, offer an authentic Moroccan experience.

We do our best to accommodate changes during the trip, although it depends on availability and may incur additional costs. It’s best to inform us as early as possible.

We use modern, air-conditioned vehicles adapted to the group size (such as vans or 4x4s). In the desert, we use sturdy 4×4 vehicles suitable for dunes. We can also arrange internal flights if required by the itinerary.

Tipping is not mandatory but is customary and appreciated. The amount depends on your satisfaction. In restaurants, a 10% tip is common. For guides and drivers, a daily tip is recommended based on the service provided. However, tipping is always optional.

Most accommodations offer WiFi, although quality may vary, especially in rural areas. We suggest buying a local SIM card with data, which is inexpensive and easy to recharge. Our guides or drivers can help you get and set one up.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for warm, dry climates. Light,long-sleeved clothing is recommended for sun and wind protection, along with breathable trousers. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are essential. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. If your accommodation has a pool, bring swimwear.

We recommend a small kit with basics: painkillers, fever reducers, digestive medications, a cold remedy, sunscreen, insect repellent, plasters/bandages, and an antihistamine. If you take regular medication, bring enough for the whole trip.

Travellers from most European, American, and Oceanian countries can enter Morocco without a visa for stays of up to 90 days. However, check with the Moroccan embassy or consulate in your country, as requirements may vary.

It depends on the season and the regions you visit. Generally, modest, loose, fresh clothing is best for the daytime heat, and warm layers are recommended for cold nights, especially in mountains or the desert. Natural fabrics like cotton and linen are ideal in hot months. If you plan to go out at night in Marrakech or Casablanca, bring something a bit more elegant.

Drinking tap water is not recommended. To avoid health issues, always drink bottled water and use it to brush your teeth.

Yes, Morocco is very family-friendly. Local culture values family, and children are warmly welcomed. There are many enjoyable activities such as exploring medinas, camel rides, and visiting ancient fortresses. Many accommodations offer family-friendly facilities.

Most hotels and riads offer basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo. They may also have hairdryers. However, you may prefer to bring your favourite products.

Yes, Morocco is generally safe. Tourism is a major part of the economy, so efforts are made to protect visitors.

However, petty crime can occur, as in any destination. Keep valuables close, avoid dark or isolated areas, and stay away from protests or large crowds.

You can also rely on your driver’s advice for safety.

We highly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance before departure. Many insurance companies do not cover medical assistance abroad. For a small cost, you can travel with peace of mind knowing that emergencies, trip interruption, and cancellations are covered.
